National Park Grant
The Provincetown Community Compact has been awarded a grant from the National Park Service to document LGBTQ history within the Provincetown National Register Historic District. The district has nearly 1200 structures within a three-square mile area, one of the largest districts in Massachusetts.

The Provincetown Compact Compact announces 2024 dune shack residency applications are now open. The Compact is pleased to offer residences for C-Scape and Fowler Dune Shacks in the Cape Cod National Seashore, available April through November for the general public with applications due January 15, 2024

Prayer Ribbons
The City of Orlando has invited the Provincetown Community Compact to the commemoration of the Pulse nightclub massacre to install a special strand of Prayer Ribbons outside Orlando City Hall. The seventh anniversary is June 12, 2023. Compact director Jay Critchley will bring the ribbons to Orlando and speak at the ceremony on Friday, June 9, 2023.

The Provincetown Compact Compact announces 2023 dune shack residency applications are now open. The Compact is pleased to offer residencies for C-Scape and Fowler Dune Shacks in the Cape Cod National Seashore. Residencies are available April through November for the general public (Community Residencies). Residency applications may be found HERE. Applications close January 15, 2023. Community residencies are open to all and are selected by lottery.
